Long synopsis : Malek, a single man in his forties, lives in Montmartre, a historic and wealthy district of Paris. When the health crisis strikes, this computer company manager finds himself stuck in his apartment. He slowly begins to hang out nearby in Barbès, the stronghold of the Algerian community. His wanderings in this neighborhood gradually lead him to rediscover a part of himself that he had buried and to reconcile with his origins…
