Short synopsis : After winning the Palme d’Or for his short, All These Creatures, Charles Williams returns with his feature film debut, INSIDE, a tense, poetic, prison-set reflection on social determination and rehabilitation starring Guy Pearce.

Long synopsis : Transferred from juvenile to adult prison, Mel is taken under the wing of both Mark Shepard, Australia’s most despised criminal, and Warren Murfett, a soon-to-be-paroled inmate. When Warren is forced into murdering Shepard to pay his debts, he finds a surprising accomplice in Mel. However, a transformative paternal love triangle develops between them that will be their undoing.
